TOGS Uniformes is committed to the privacy of its consumers. Therefore, we do not disclose your registration data to third parties under any circumstances, except when necessary for the delivery, billing process or by court order.
The prices displayed on this website include VAT at the current rate and are valid at the time the purchase was made. Delivery costs are added to the prices. In case of exchanging the product for another, the value of the definitive product applies.
If you have chosen online payments, such as credit or debit card, ATM or PayPal or bank transfer will be accepted payment methods. The proof will be issued through the respective entities and automatically included in your order process. We process orders immediately after payment or receipt of proof of the respective value.
In the event of stock outages or unavailability of the ordered product, you may request a refund of the amount paid, a replacement product or maintain a credit note until the product becomes available again. Any payment costs will be borne by the customer.
After placing your order, you will receive an invoice via email indicated during the purchase process. A receipt corresponding to the invoice amount will be issued, which will be sent after payment has been made.
Products from our stores are shipped to the following countries or territories: Portugal and Spain. Any other country will be reviewed ad-hoc in terms of quantities and prices. Shipping times are the sole responsibility of third parties, which you can consult in the additional information for the respective selected service.
You may request changes or cancellation of your order by telephone or email, within 24 hours after the order submission date. If your order has already been processed, consult the “Product Returns” section below.
You have up to 15 days from the date of receipt of the order to exchange the items obtained. You can return them to one of our stores or send the items via post. If you wish to return or exchange items from your order via post, we ask that you notify us of the situation via email or phone call. (See the ''Contacts'' area)
Only exchanges or issuance of vouchers will be made for items in perfect condition and accompanied by the corresponding receipt. Once a voucher has been issued, it can only be redeemed in the physical store. It is not permitted to exchange unlabeled, used or personalized items.
No exchanges will be made for intimate items such as socks.
You can exchange your item for an item of the same or higher value, adding the excess amount of the new purchase.
If for any reason you do not wish to obtain another item to exchange, we will issue a voucher for the purchase price lasting 6 months.
You may not create a link to any page of this website without our prior written permission. If you create a link to a page on this website, you do so at your own risk.
